Vista LED products are covered by manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary by product category and are specified per product. Contact us for the specific warranty period applicable to your product.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- LED chip failure within warranty period
- Driver / SMPS failure within warranty period
- Product replacement or repair at our discretion
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation or handling
- Damage due to voltage fluctuations or electrical faults
- Damage from water ingress (for non-IP rated products)
- Normal wear and tear
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorised persons
